ReplyDeleteI wonder what your diet consists of? You shouldn't be tired after working out like that.
ReplyDeleteI couldn't do that without falling asleep at work. fair play though, i find working out twice a week is enough for me.
ReplyDeleteUghh I hate being tired every day of the week. I workout every other day and also work a night shift every tuesday, wednesday, and thursday. I'm always exhausted.

ReplyDeleteMy shifts are at random so my days off are never the same. So i think it just takes its toll. As regard diet i eat pretty well.
