Supplements
Today I bought my very first protein supplement. I am not sure if i will stay on these but gona test this out first and see if there are any major improvments in my training. It is the middle of the week so it is recomended i take 3 a day while training and 2 a day while not training. Lets see how this goes.

i heard supplements can make a good difference. Wonder what goes into those pills though.
ReplyDeleteI dont take the pills. Just the milkshakes. They are working so far i am able to head back to the gym a little earlier now that i am recovered. I am staying away from creatine tho. ill just eat more red meat

ReplyDeleteWhey protein is very good for bulking, cut back on the carbs a bit, and spread the protein out the body cant absorb more than 30-35g very few hours.
ReplyDeleteSo far so good Yazure. Noticing the difference.The shakes fill you up so now i dont feel the need to snack. Stil eat my main 4 meals a day.
ReplyDelete@Kuda It is but there are so many kinds. Yeah i stopped drinking fruit juice so often. Way too much sugars inside. wow is that all 30g? i take i way more than that on weekends. would that vary with Metabolism?
