Gym + work

Lately i have being training at the gym and heading to work. It is getting a little taxing on my energy levels. My work conists of alot of heavy lifting and walking, So lately i feel that i am getting a double workout. Its great except I am tired every day of the week :(

  4. I couldn't do that without falling asleep at work. fair play though, i find working out twice a week is enough for me.

  5. Ughh I hate being tired every day of the week. I workout every other day and also work a night shift every tuesday, wednesday, and thursday. I'm always exhausted.

  7. My shifts are at random so my days off are never the same. So i think it just takes its toll. As regard diet i eat pretty well.
